    No. I started Keto Jan 1st, riding season started April 1, but I still wasn't 100% "adapted".

    This is me. I'm at a good weight, if I gain some muscle I would try to drop a little more fat to hold same weight. I plan to stay Keto because it's awesome, before if I went over 4 hours without carbs I would get a bad headache. Now I can go much longer, my stomach might growl and I get a little tired. Eat some fat and good to go.
    Fat is calorie dense so you don't need to eat or transport as much.

    Ditto. Been able to stay under 190 for about two years now. Got as low as 182. Energy levels are stable. I stay pretty strict. No bread, no pasta, no crappy sugary stuff. I do try and eat an apple or some fruit an hour before the gym. Otherwise its veggies, meat, avocado, some nuts, animal fats and oils. All blood tests are better than ever. If racing I would take in some carbs the night before and the day of, then go back to keto program after, just for a deeper gas tank. The anti inflammatory benefits are huge. I haven't had shots in my neck for a very long time. I'm able to be way more active without pain. Easiest program to stick to daily, weekly, yearly. Might not be for everyone, but it sure as hell works for me!

    Sounds more like Paleo than Keto.

    I've been eating the way you are for only a year & I went from 208 to 170.

    Gonna have to switch back to the stock springs!
