Slavens and Dirtbike Channel seem to like the AT81EX too,,,
Don't know how it performs but RMATV has it at $112 each so about 25% more expensive than Ibex and about 20% more than VE33S....

You guys are tempting me to to try the VE33S . Might have to eventually.

That being said I really love the AT81EX and have a new one going on next. The rock and root traction, wet and dry is the best of anything I've tried. It's decent in deep loam and mud. Feels good on packed dirt, braking and wears well with no cracking/chunking. The Ibex is close on the rocks but a little better in mud/loam/gravel but does crack and chunk. However with a 50% cost savings ($76 vs $112) I can live with it. I will keep rotating between these two.

Both are far superior to the Shinko 505 and 525 IMO.

I have a AT81EX on my 300, it has about 21 hours on it and appears to be about 60%used up. I have not tried the VE33S more than about 1.5 hour (it was on the Beta I sold) so really can't compare the two. But to this point, the the hard dry Utah terrain, the EX is the best tire I've tried. I've tried all but the Ibex and VE33S (really).

Ive got an Ibex going on this week.

It's like the African rainforest here. I run mud tires all the time except drought. Winter is mud tire (M5B) with studs.
The hill at beginning after creek is steep, but dry anything can get up it. The test of the 33s vs M5B will be when it's wet.
That is an easy fun trail, we have A enduro sections that are much tougher.

Im here in S Ca . Itís like it never rains right now . The M5B is sooo good here in everything . Iíve heard that the 33s will find traction and launch right out.
