    Default Beringer Brakes options

    hey sumo gurus

could anyone tell me the difference between Axial vs Radial?

I'm riding a 350 FE 2015... just covered it to sumo. am looking to get a beringer brakeset

but I'm not sure which should I get..

Should I get a Radial 4Pot or a Axial 6pot or a Axial 4 Pot?? riding a 350 is the 6pot gonna be overkill or would it be ok?

the Master Cylinder I'm going to pair with would be a BRO12-3. to go with either a radial 4pot or Axial 6pot or 4pot

Disc Rotor difference Iron vs stainless steel?

    Thanks in advance

Get the one that fits your forks.

Given that your bike has axial forks, IMO you're better off with an axial caliper rather than a radial caliper + adapter

Since you're replacing the master too, I'd go with the 6pot. I believe the 4pot is more designed to work with a stock master rather than the BRO12.

I run the endurance race pads as I found the normal race pads a little too aggressive for my skill level.

I also think for a 350 that a 4 pot is going to work well.

true, the 6pot is overkill on a 350, but I'd rather get the somewhat overkill setup and be able to use it on future bikes

Here is a good article that explains the difference between axial and radial mounted brake calipers. https://www.revzilla.com/common-trea...-radial-brakes
