    Please keep me updated. I was wondering if you could incorporate a piece of aluminum or steel as backing. Possibly drill out the steel for the bolt and epoxy it along the back of the subframe

    That's already been done. It works if you bust the lower portion of the subframe but it won't help if you had a break like mine.
