I have a 6x10 trailer, trying to figure out the best layout to get three full size bikes in easily,
Right now Im thinking two brake shoes up front about 36 apart o.c of the shoes and a third bike can be loaded backwards and held with straps. I was hoping three at an angle but it doesnt seem to work out

You can offset the shoes enough for bars to clear, which allows you to get the bikes closer together.

So not strapless but this is what I use.... I have these on the bike at the lower fork clamp bolts

    https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p...-strap-rings-p

And I have a pair of tie down straps with carabiners on both ends of the straps. I have large eye bolts on the floor of my trailer that are bolted through the frame. Takes no more time to load up and tie down the bike than it would with anything else, and I never have to worry about it coming loose.

I use the same system as Ron with carabiner straps and those mounts (on the bike) from RMATV that Ron posted.

I have an old aluminum ATK shoe in my trailer that I have used for many years and miles. I do not use any additional straps.

Do these rings sit down in the triple clamp counter sink (2019 XCW with cast triples). Couple of friends have these but on machined triple clamps (XC and 6 Days). Canyon Dancer warns of this on their site

Yes, the rings fit perfectly into the counter-sink on my 2018 300 XCW.

    Thanks,
As a follow up, the Canyon Dancer brand rings DO NOT fit into the counter sink of my 2019 300XCW. I used an appropriately sized (I don't remember right now, measured them up at home depot) washer under them. So works, but not a bolt on. Maybe the RMATV Tusk branded ones are smaller outer diameter?
