I got hosed on shipping but it might be a great alternative to the other options of either Krooz or stock mid tap.
it allows you to increase or decrease mid valve compression and i am assuming by altering the amount of float or bleed. I am not sure how it works but it allows compression adjustmet while keeping the rebound on the reb side only. I will get it Monday and report back. Yes it was 16 bucks to ship so I am taking it for the team fellas. All good.

never seen one but I ASSume the kit will not change the float-just the free bleed (as usual)

I emailed him and yes it allows for free bleed control. Pretty cool regardless and I would guess it will have a lot more influence than the clicker on a base valve. Can't wait to try it out.

By the looks of it, that's the case.

My experience with mid valves is that you need to set it up with near zero or zero float to have some effect on the clicker bleed control. If there is too much float the clicker bleed effect will fade since the free flow through float will overcome the flow through the bleed. But if a zero float mid is what you need, the clicker bleed will offer some nice control particularly over the slow speed stroke speeds.

The Lanier valve is very similar to stock with slightly larger compression ports and a check valve on rebound. Float is set to .4. Very rigid stack. 9 shims with 4 20 face shims all the way down to 10x.2 clamp. Uses freebleed to control flow not float. Looks well made. I will run this with an adjustable open chamber base valve and leave the rebound base valve as stock non adjustable. I can always add more later. The only thing that sucks a bit is that it will throw off my proposed known valving which uses the stock mid post and piston. Any suggestions on float with this?. Was thinking of .3 float with more flexible stack for fast rocky harpack while keeping the other rebound side at .5. That way by opening the bleed I can simulate higher float with more bleed per say if I need more flow. Someone had mentioned that a mid with bleed should have very low float .2 or less. I just not want to cavitate and these forks are prone. Will report back hopefully Sunday.

Here it is: Very stiff stack. It is a custom post that requires lots of shims below the clamp to achieve float. Comments welcome.
    4x20 x .10
    1x18 x .15
    2x16 x .10
    2x 13 x.10
    4x10 x.20 clamp shim
    2x15 x .15
    2x18 x .15

I'd contact them and ask if this stack has an intended use, such as moto vs woods. Those will require very different stacks. If they don't know (GONG!) then might as well just run it as is for a baseline. It's just as much a wild @$$ guess as any other stack you come up with, right? And, if it's designed to be the only MV in the 2-fork system, the stack can look stiff on paper but still be quite plush. Eager to hear.
