I like what you said about the 36mm but a little concerned about what JD said about most people buying the 38mm. Haven't installed it yet wondering if I should try to return and get the 38mm. I like a lot of bottom end so I thought the 36mm would be a better choice. Asking Ken powell.
Here are my last 3 jetting combinations. The 1st is with the common Suzuki needles; the 3rd is my current summer jetting using the Honda needles which are no longer available. Special thanks to Jerseydevil and KTMKim.

Ken, I was looking at the dates you submitted with each of those settings and to be clear, you changed to a 300 jug. Are all specs w/300 or wasn't the first two settings with the 250?
Just to clarify for those that didn't know you had two different bores.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming... "WOW! What an incredible ride!"

The NECW jetting was the 'ending' jetting for the 250 and the 'beginning' jetting for the 300 - I had not gotten serious dialing-in the jetting when you gave me the Honda jets and recommended where to get started (which was pretty much on the money!). Here is my winter jetting with the Suzuki needles for the 250 (I always thought it could be better but the forks were a much bigger issue):
