    Default Clutch Slave help 06 540 exc

    Ive bled and bled, replaced master, replaced braided line, ive replaced O ring on slave and notice i keep losing fluid... slave seems to be leaking at the bore... OEM part is 160 for a whole new slave? is there a cheaper way to fix? lol any input appreciated.. thanks..

    Did you inspect the bore, my 450 o-ring wore down and piston turned and wallowed out the slave destroying it. I replace the o-ring every 2 years now, KTM does not sell the o-ring seperately on microfiche, but I found out here it is 0770020210 23.52 x 1.78.

    i will inspect better tomorrow thanks....When that happened to you it ruined the whole slave cylinder??

    thanks Guys, the Oberon one is tempting... i wonder if there is any real performance enhancement or should i just buy the 6 dollar oring??

    The bore gets worn. The 07 has a square sealing ring. Brembo.
