No piston. It's really not needed on the AER forks, just has crummy, un-tuneable settings from the factory, especially the 2 strokes.

I got this text from one of the local guys who is running this kit: "Suspension is awesome, soaks up the chunder, but stiffened up on the big hits. I was railing some of the baby head corners that I couldn't before, way better than the MX tech."

I don't think he's a member here, but I'll ask him to jump on and reiterate. Braaap!

No but this guy is comparing his shim stack and bits to MXT piston and leaf spring with check valve. It's apples and oranges. If you think you are just going to slap a few shims in there and a cup and a spring and be done with it use Lainer's setup. It's 1/3 of the cost. The market will adjust it self. I'd like to see a photo of the rebound side of his settings. I bet they might be floating in the threads.

There no how much did I make?

Lol, you're welcome to put together a product and sell it for a reasonable cost. Let me know how much a full shim setting runs you...

BTW the Lanier kit is ONLY the midvalve compression stuff. NO rebound, NO base compression. So you buy a handful of shims and then get to develop the rest of the setting yourself. It's 1/3 the cost for 1/3 the solution! That's like saying one tire is only 1/4 the cost of all 4! While correct, it's not exactly helpful to most people.

N2Dirt, you - as a professional shop - of course know all this. Play nice, or refrain from posting please.
