If you are drinking, the Choline from eggs is critical. Not that eggs needed any more reason they are must haves in the diet

Sweet, I eat a ton of eggs doing Keto. My Boss does for real local free range chickens and sells the eggs at work, so I eat those.

I occasionally get the opportunity for eggs from a coworker, but its pretty sporadic. I do buy the brown eggs at costco, but probably more of a marketing gimmick than an actual nutrition benefits. Real chickens eat bugs and grubs, seeds, not "certified organic feed". Do what you can and level up.

My Boss has 40 acres, his chichens eat what they find then he locks them up at night to keep the varmits out. $3 a dozen for XL eggs. The shells are very strong, hard to break. The yokes are dark orange - yellow and big.

During the spring-fall I pick as much weeds and grass as I can for our chickens. Greens make the yolks dark.
