Default Great Customer Service From BatteryStuff

My bike battery died so I called https://www.batterystuff.com/

I spoke with Anthony and he was more than helpful. What I really appreciated was his willingness to share info. That attitude seems to be harder and harder to find these days.

Within minutes of placing my order I had an email receipt, and just over 2 hours later I had a tracking number.

    Thank you.

Batterystuff.com. yeah used them for years, I like they have all the technical info of the batteries like physical size and stuff, makes it easier to choose.

I checked the voltage on my Scorpion battery in my '18 300 XCW yesterday - 14.09 volts. The battery is almost new - about 6 weeks old and 15 hrs.

Thanks guys. Our model was built around customer service so it is nice to hear we get it right sometimes! You all are invited for a weekend of bonfires and trail rides at my place.

    No, really.

I bought an AGM and not Li.

Man that would be so cool. Right now I'm burning the candle at both ends...and the middle. Step mom fell last week and broke her hip and had surgery, dad has pneumonia, I just got home from a license renewal class, and tomorrow I get a steroid injection in my hip...which might not help so replacement will be next.

Sitting around a fire and...doing nothing...would be a bonus I'd just about pay for. HAHA

Edit: I should add I grew up camping and a fire was a prerequisite. I usually start a camp fire at the place where we ride...but this year things are so screwed up...I haven't started one yet. And as a lifelong pyro...that sucks. HAHA
