You take your forks off, dump the oil and separate the outer tubes that often? How often do you change oil?

Ya, I'm a suspension weirdo. I love tweaking and tuning, so I'm in the components often. So easy to do, just whip them out and clean and reinstall.

Picklito, how a comparison of your modded AER forks and your custom Xplor forks?

What kind of oil did you use? About 600mL each so pick up two quarts? I need to change the oil in my xplor forks soon.

I set the amount of oil by 'level' so I don't know the CC amount per fork but it definitely takes more than 1 quart to do both forks - buy 2 quarts.
