    Default SRT Offroad

For the past few years I have been running SRT's solid rear rotor. They are my favorite solid rear rotors aesthetically and performance wise. I have only been able to find them on ebay.

Just last week I was on vacation and was notified that one of the rotors was delivered to my home. When I got home there was an empty box from SRT, no rotor inside. The tape on one end of the box had been torn and the rotor was either taken out, or fell out, before reaching my home.

I called Craig Thomson at SRT and told him. With no objection, attitude, or otherwise, Craig got another rotor in the mail to me immediately. I filed a claim with FedEx in the hopes of recovering the lost rotor.

I just wanted to give credit to SRT and Craig Thomson for excellent customer service and for going above and beyond to ensure this customers happiness. I have no affiliation with SRT. I dont ride for them, I dont receive any discounts, etc. I just want to highlight a great product from a great company!

    Thanks Craig!

Very nice. That's an expensive "gesture" for them. I have some SRT products and they've been great.
