    The Trailtech stuff in this bike I have was installed a few years ago by previous owner and not run much. All the wires ohm correct so I think it's good (could be wrong of course). What was the issue with yours?

    I have no idea, they contacted me and sent a replacement, the old had been on perhaps 20hrs before the replacement was received and by then displayed no issue in how the bike ran or charged. The new one has been fine since.
    A mail to trail tech technical maybe worth your time.

    A trail tech stator requires a different voltage regulator from the std 02 one......

    This bike has the correct TT R/R 7004−0041.

    As you seemingly have tested all the components without change I assume itís the carb?
