Go to a 165 or 168 main. Next question...have you done a leakdown test?

have not done a leak down. Motor has 100 hours so I believe she has good compression...wouldnt the bog at 1/8- 1/4 throttle be related to the pilot jet and not the main? should I richen it up to a 45 pilot ???

update: she has a crisp and clean rev now !!
I put in a 45 pilot and 165 main. fuel screw set 2 turns out. idles about 1800-1850. ocemp clip still at #5. I am guessing the pipe is requiring the extra fuel.

100 hour motor, doubt it has low compression or engine issues.

Symptoms of motor wear=Richer jetting needed to have the motor run correctly. 20% leakdown? Wanna bet.

or a bad oring on the fuel screw. Oem part only
