    Do you have a compression tester, should be 115 psi if done correctly, I did it wrong once and had 150 psi, readjusted and had 115.

    This is pretty common, I don't think you can do damage the bike will just not start once the intakes get too tight.

    I don't have a compression tester but have now done two rides and everything seems to be back to how it normally was when it was running at it's usual best. Hopefully all is well with the pumpkin again!
